Robert L. Bayless, Producer LLC is a privately owned oil and natural gas production company. Its offices in Farmington, New Mexico, and Denver, Colorado, are engaged in exploration and production activity in the southern and central Rocky Mountain Region. We are currently seeking new opportunities in these and other states.

Bayless' geologic, engineering and operations focus, in addition to its established leasehold position in several basins, creates an opportunity for sustained production increase. Bayless seeks long-term strategic partnerships and alliances to further its goals of production-rate and reserve growth.

Bayless assets include:

• A working interest in over 880 wells in the southern and central Rockies, mostly in the San Juan Basin
• 100,000 acres of leasehold in the San Juan Basin, CO and NM
• 40,000 acres of leasehold in the Piceance Basin, CO
• 80,000 acres of leasehold in the Uinta Basin, UT
• An overriding royalty interest in 22,000 acres near the West Tavaputs discovery, UT
• An overriding royalty interest in 7,000,000 acres now being explored in the Beetaloo Basin, Australia
• A working interest in nearly 120,000 acres in the Mowry Shale Play, Bighorn Basin, Wyoming

The acreage includes leases that range in exploration maturity from drillable offsets to trend extensions to wildcat exploration.

Bayless is interested in maintaining a working interest position in these prospects. The company is looking for industry partners to participate in the development of its assets.
